Aegis Academy of Martial Arts Classes: Tools for Building Exceptional People
At Aegis we pursue personal growth and development through the following formal classes:
Western European Swordfighting: From Basic to Advanced, you'll learn swordfighting as a martial art and as the basis of a real-life, effective system of self defense.
Command &Tactics: Tactics isn't just about the battlefield. It's about dealing with conflict in all of its forms: interpersonal, workplace, and even our internal conflicts. In Tactics, you'll learn that conflict isn't something to fear; it's an opportunity to learn something cool.
Wilderness Survival: Learn how to tell where you are in Orienteering. Learn how to survive there in our Basic Woodsmanship course... or choose Primitive Woods where it's just you, a knife, and the great outdoors.
Rhetoric: Master the art of oral argument and persuasion. This class will build your self-confidence and give you solid skills for doing everything from acing a job interview to giving the presentation that lands that important account.
Informal Classes: Many Aegis students are experts in other fields. As a result, Aegis students have taught classes ranging from cooking to bodywork.
